    The Ombudsman may conduct an additional complaint hearing with the parties present.

    Complaints submitted to the Disciplinary referred to the Disciplinary Committee shall be handled by the Employment Rules.
    ※ Receives and processes employee complaints, and notifies employees of measures and other results within 10 days.
