WQT, WONIK's first overseas subsidiary, was founded in 1996 and is based in Shin Chu Science Base Park, the hub of Taiwan's semiconductor sector. WQT, which integrates the cutting-edge technology and system of the headquarters in Korea , is expanding year after year to secure markets in Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia. The key products are core Quartz Ware such as 8"-12" Diffusion, CVD, and Etch, and leading Taiwanese device makers have been secured as important clients.

WQI, founded in 1997 in San Jose, California's Silicon Valley, acquired Saint-Gobain's QI Business Division in 2005 and expanded its business. WQI is achieving consistent growth through continual product expansion and client acquisition by establishing a presence in the US market where world-class IC makers and semiconductor equipment manufacturers are concentrated and operating in accordance with WONIK's Globalization strategy. The key products are core Quartz Ware such as Quartz Boat, Pedestal , Bath, and Etch, and significant North American corporations have been secured as important clients.

WQE was founded in Germany in 2001 to support WONIK's entry into the European market, and it has had consistent growth since acquiring the U.S. GE's Hamburg quartz ware factory. WQE has a more than 50-year history, including its former WQS period, and has established a leading position in the European market through stable organization and technology. With the flagship products Diffusion, CVD, RTP, etc., WQE is producing a wide range of products in response to the diversification of semiconductor demand in Europe, and the company has secured device manufacturers and equipment manufacturers in the European semiconductor and solar industries as its primary clients.

WONIK QnC Xian, founded in 2013 in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Xi'an, Shaanxi, China, cleans and maintains semiconductor facilities and components. By boosting production capacity with the construction of the second factory in 2019 and securing additional important coating products, the company is promoting stable growth. The primary business is semiconductor equipment and parts cleaning used in the process of Qtz, IMP, ETCH, Diff, CMP, etc. . More recently, the company has secured coating capacity in response to customer demand for various semiconductor equipment and parts maintenance.
